Exciting News from Our Recent Conference Presentation!
Dear Parents,
This past Sunday, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at a teacher and school owner conference about the power of child-led education—the very philosophy that drives our approach at Berry English. It was an inspiring experience to share how we nurture curiosity, independence, and confidence in our children by allowing them to take ownership of their learning.
The response from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive! Educators and school leaders were excited and eager to learn more about how we implement child-led learning in our classrooms. Many approached me after the talk, wanting to bring these ideas into their own schools. It was truly rewarding to see such enthusiasm and recognition for what we do at Berry.
But, of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible children. They are the heart of our school—their curiosity, creativity, and natural love of learning make Berry English what it is. Every day, they remind us why child-led education is so powerful. And a huge thank you to you, our wonderful parents, for trusting us, supporting this approach, and being partners in your child’s learning journey.

📢 カンファレンスでの発表についてのお知せ

保護者の皆さまへ

先日の日曜日、私は教育者や学校経営者向けのカンファレンスで、子ども主体の学び（チャイルド・レッド・エデュケーション） についてお話しする機会をいただきました。これは、まさにBerry Englishの教育理念の核となるものです。子どもたちが自ら学びを深め、興味のあることを探究しながら、自信を育んでいくこのアプローチについて、多くの方々と共有できたことを大変嬉しく思っています。

当日は、参加者の皆さんから非常に前向きな反応をいただきました！ 「この教育法をぜひ自分の学校でも取り入れたい」「もっと詳しく学びたい」と、多くの教育関係者の方々が私のもとへ質問に来てくださり、Berry Englishの実践が多くの関心を集めていることを改めて実感しました。

しかし、こうした取り組みができるのは、Berry Englishの子どもたちがいてくれるからこそです！ 子どもたちは私たちの学校の中心であり、彼らの好奇心や創造力、学ぶことへの意欲が、Berry Englishを特別な場所にしています。そして、日頃からご理解と温かいサポートをくださる保護者の皆さまにも、心より感謝申し上げます。 皆さまのご協力があるからこそ、子ども主体の学びを実現することができています。
